The project
AgingInclusion
The mission of the LES MIAMIES association is both simple and complex, breaking with the "occupational" approach to entertainment in retirement homes. It aims to include and enhance the experience of seniors by involving them in entrepreneurial projects, such as brainstorming to find a brand name. Although not specifically dedicated to seniors, the aim of each project is to value their experiences, opinions and ideas as people in their own right.

Solution
She co-develops with the project leader the materials that enable facilitators to run workshops with residents in all partner retirement homes:
1/ ACTIVATION (video discovery of the project & exchanges around the questionnaire)
2/ RESTITUTION (video discovery of the assessment & thank-you cards).
She addresses 1 new project per quarter, coordinates the actions and measures the impact on the usefulness and esteem felt by seniors.
Use of the money
"I'm useless, I'm just a burden" says 2 out of 3 residents. There are 10,000 retirement homes in France; the number of people aged 85+ will increase 2.5-fold by 2050. It's urgent to VALUE the Elderly!
