Ambitious new projects for greater impact

Dear Difteur-ses,

Accor Heartist Solidarity is evolving to multiply its impact in the fight against exclusion. Our new approach favors longer-term partnerships, with larger budgets and the potential for deployment in several cities/countries. This transformation is accompanied by decentralized management of our projects, as close as possible to local realities.

Three major initiatives already embody this renewed vision:
- SCARF Australia trains 200 refugees in hospitality professions in Melbourne, through three complementary programs combining practical skills and personalized support.
- "Des Étoiles et des Femmes" accompanies 600 women from priority neighborhoods in France into the culinary professions. Deployed in 15 French cities, this program focuses on practical training and apprenticeships, notably within our establishments.
- Our partnership with the HCR in Brazil supports 800 refugees in their journey towards economic autonomy, with a particular focus on female entrepreneurship.

Amid all these developments, one fundamental value remains: the commitment of our employees. In each of these projects, Accor Heartists are key players in change. They share their skills through mentoring, pass on their know-how during training courses, and open the doors of their establishments for professional discoveries or immersions. This daily involvement brings our collective commitment to life and considerably amplifies the impact of your generosity.

A big THANK YOU for your support!

60,000 raised thanks to you in 2024!

Dear difters,

2024 was a year under the sign of generosity. 🌟

Thanks to your Reward points, nearly 60,000€ was raised!
This sum, doubled by Accor, has helped fund 20 projects around the world, helping vulnerable and precarious people with their socio-professional integration.

For the beneficiaries of these programs, (re)becoming an active member of their community and accessing financial independence through work is a real source of pride.

AY, a beneficiary of the "Entre Mujeres" program in Madrid (Spain), which accompanies women victims of trafficking, exploitation and violence towards independence, using Art as a medium for expression and reconstruction, expresses this very well:

"When I arrived, I was a shadow of my former self. I was devastated, hopeless. I felt like my life had no value. I couldn't stop crying, everything was just suffering.
But over time, little by little, something began to change. My transformation was slow but steady.
Today, I look back and find it hard to recognize the woman I was when I first arrived. Art therapy allowed me to believe in myself in a way I never thought possible. It gave me the tools to rebuild myself, to have confidence in my future and to know that I can shape my life in the same way I shape a piece of clay or paint a canvas.
My life has changed in ways I never imagined, and I know the best is yet to come."

THANK YOU for your support and trust. ✨
Ensemble contre l'exclusion.

Thank you update

Thank you

Since 2018, your Reward ALL points have raised more than €500,000!
This sum, doubled by Accor, has helped fund 162 projects aimed at:
-helping vulnerable populations escape poverty and exclusion by promoting access to employment;
-helping local populations cope with the lasting consequences of humanitarian disasters.

Whether through support for a bakery training program in Vietnam (IECD), the economic emancipation of Cambodian women through weaving (Soieries du Mekong), the social and professional integration of people in exile in France (Ecole des Cuistots Migrateurs), and so on. your Reward ALL points have had an impact on the lives of thousands of people around the world.
Your Reward ALL points have also helped to shelter victims of major humanitarian crises: Moroccan children following the 2023 earthquake (SOS Children's Villages), refugees from the Ukrainian conflict since 2022 (UNHCR), Indian families who lost their farmland in the 2018 floods (Hope Foundation), etc.
So THANK YOU for your support and trust.
