Solution
LâENVOL welcomes, free of charge, seriously ill children aged 6 to 17 with various medical conditions (cancers, rare diseases, chronic illnesses, etc.), who enjoy a respite from their illnesses and participate in tailored, varied, and fun activities.
Supervised by recruited and trained volunteers, including doctors and nurses, the sick children get to be children again, gain independence and resilience, and their caregivers enjoy some respite. They learn about these stays through a network of 88 partner hospitals that identify children experiencing burnout due to their illness.

Why we love it?
L'ENVOL is the only association to offer specially-designed holidays free of charge to sick and disabled children, enabling them and their parents to enjoy a vacation and a moment of respite and joy in what can be a complicated day-to-day life.
The activities offered by L'ENVOL reflect the values of recreational therapy: self-confidence, self-improvement and social bonding.
