Solution

Children with disabilities don't often have the opportunity to practice a leisure activity. They therefore make few friends.

This is why Enfants de la Balle offers them the opportunity to practise a sport in an ordinary environment, with the accompaniment of a volunteer sports life helper. The aim is inclusion social, in addition to the benefits of sport.

The association brings its methodology of inclusion. Its strong point is to have the child play with a "helping volunteer" who accompanies, encourages, stimulates and acts as a link with the coach and the other children in the group. The progress is magical, both in terms of motor skills and psychological and relational skills.

Why we love it?

Disabled children dream of entering the mainstream and being treated like everyone else: enabling them to join their local sports club by training them to do so, means giving them access to the most common of activities, and thus taking a real step towards inclusion.

There are inclusive schools and inclusive companies. Inclusive sport must be recognized for children with disabilities.
