Worldwide, 1 in 5 women is an entrepreneur. Despite the gradual feminization of the sector, inequalities persist: under-financing, invisibility, exposure to violence and orientation towards low-paying sectors... Faced with this reality, Empow'Her supports women in transforming their entrepreneurial adventures into levers of empowerment, and raises awareness among the rest of the ecosystem in order to reduce inequalities in the long term.

Solution
Empow'Her supports thousands of women every year with training courses that boost their skills, network and confidence. In 2024, more than 8,000 women were supported, 42% of them on long courses, with particular attention paid to the most vulnerable (refugee women, illiterate women, women working in the informal sector or victims of violence).
Use of the money
The funds raised will help secure Empow'Her's impact, in particular:
- Our training courses for women in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire and France;
- The implementation of additional devices to increase our impact: psychosocial support, mobile crèches, literacy...
- New studies on women's entrepreneurship
- Our awareness-raising and advocacy actions to get the sector moving
