The project

ChildhoodInternational aid
This project responds to an urgent need: to protect children from sexual violence, digital risks and cyber-crime. It strengthens their power to act, equips and empowers adults, engages and mobilizes young people, alerts and challenges decision-makers. By creating a virtuous circle between prevention, protection and advocacy, it builds safe environments so that no child is ever left alone in the face of danger.

Solution

CAMELEON offers an innovative continuum of action linking the field to public policy. By placing children's voices at the center, it strengthens educational benchmarks, supports families, trains players and reveals new digital threats to better respond to them. This integrated and demanding approach transforms protection systems in the long term, and opens up new avenues for a truly protected childhood.

Use of the money

Your donation acts wherever a child may be exposed to violence and needs to be protected, including on their screens. It enables us to run prevention workshops in educational establishments, train professionals and parents, create resources for spotting violence, and offer child victims spaces of welcome, support, protection and reconstruction. Each donation strengthens a link in the chain of protection and helps to reduce silence and indifference.
The children we work with fell out of the nest too soon. They remind me at every turn why CAMELEON exists: to break the silence, fight impunity and see them rise again, become agents of change. Their life force is our greatest victory.
