The association organizes the Trophées h'up: an event highlighting the daring and inspiring career paths of disabled people with remarkable entrepreneurial projects. Through this annual event, h'up entrepreneurs works to promote and recognize entrepreneurship by people with disabilities or health problems in France.

Solution

To remove the obstacles to entrepreneurship, h'up is rolling out personalized programs in all regions, combining coaching, mentoring, workshops and networking. Tailored to each individual's disability situation, these programs are designed to complement existing programs over the long term. At the heart of the approach: taking disability into account and the strength of a community of 4,000 entrepreneurs to support remobilization and secure projects.

- Finance individualized and collective pathways for project leaders who would not otherwise have access to them.

- Strengthen the action of the salaried team and referents, true operational pillars of support.

- Train, coordinate and mobilize more volunteer coaches and experts.

- Deploy new programs closer to the needs of entrepreneurs throughout France.
