Solution
h'up entrepreneurs represents and accelerates the success of entrepreneurs with disabilities. With 450 volunteer coaches and experts, we supported more than 440 entrepreneurs in 2024 thanks to a mix of coaching, mentoring, collective formats and networking.
Our strength: "entrepreneurship & disability" expertise, active listening by a dedicated Referent, adaptation to each personalized and tailor-made path and long-term support. To remove the barriers to entrepreneurship, our support programs combine coaching, mentoring, group formats, peer-to-peer meetings and networking.
Our project: to create a dedicated hub to drive our community of 3,500+ entrepreneurs with disabilities and encourage peer-to-peer exchanges.

Use of the money
Donations will be used to create a professionalized hub to animate the alumni community (3,500+ entrepreneurs whose projects came to life following h'up support) via network events, various weekly, monthly and quarterly formats, newsletter etc. They will also fund disability compensation actions (LSF translation, visual impairment support, etc.) to ensure inclusive career paths whatever the disability.

Why we love it?
H'up entrepreneurs has been working for over 17 years to help people with disabilities turn their differences and their ability to adapt into a force for their own autonomy. As experts in their field, the association has carried out an in-depth analysis of the problem and the solutions to be offered, and has a real ambition to bring about systemic change.
Disability is a departure from the norm, a walking laboratory of innovation. What better way to get started?
