The association organizes the Trophées h'up: an event highlighting the daring and inspiring career paths of disabled people with remarkable entrepreneurial projects. Through this annual event, h'up entrepreneurs works to promote and recognize entrepreneurship by people with disabilities or health problems in France.

Solution
h'up entrepreneurs represents and accelerates the success of entrepreneurs with disabilities. Our strength lies in a unique alliance: a committed salaried team, backed by support referents at the heart of the territories, and amplified by the energy of more than 450 certified coaches and volunteer project experts.
Thanks to this collective mobilization, nearly 320 people with disabilities were supported in 2023. Our ambition is to double this impact by 2025.
To remove the barriers to access to entrepreneurship, h'up deploys comprehensive, personalized pathways combining individual coaching, mentoring, group workshops etc.
Our approach is distinguished by:
- A high degree of flexibility in adapting to each pathway.
- Long-term support, essential for securing project construction.
- Complementarity with existing schemes to guarantee a continuous pathway.
- A central consideration of disability, reinforced by the strength of peer-to-peer exchanges and by the h'up community of over 3,500 disabled entrepreneurs.

- Finance individualized and collective pathways for project leaders who would not otherwise have access to them.
- Strengthen the action of the salaried team and referents, true operational pillars of support.
- Train, coordinate and mobilize more volunteer coaches and experts.
- Deploy new programs closer to the needs of entrepreneurs throughout France.

As experts in their field, the association has carried out an in-depth analysis of the problem and the solutions to be offered, and has a real ambition to bring about systemic change.
