The DigitAll program provides essential digital skills, from office automation to the first steps in artificial intelligence, to promote the social and professional integration of people who are furthest from employment. Designed for people with less than a baccalaureate, young drop-outs or RSA recipients, it aims to make beneficiaries autonomous in their use of digital technology, while reinforcing their professional attitude and self-confidence.

Solution
In France, 13 million people are struggling with digital, revealing, in particular, inequalities in access to information and communication technologies, and impacting both their personal and professional lives. Digital skills are essential for administrative procedures, access to rights, public services and job hunting.
Konexio is active on the ground in over 80 locations in France, in the heart of priority neighborhoods, rural areas and partner structures.
The DigitAll program is 100% free, and helps people gain digital autonomy, from beginner to advanced level. Led by committed trainers and volunteers, the digital workshops are backed up by partnerships with associations and companies to run modules on cross-disciplinary skills: oral communication, teamwork, confidence, soft skills... all levers to promote sustainable integration.
Thanks to the integration of AI into the workshops, participants also learn to use it as a tool for job hunting, creating CVs or automating simple tasks, thus preparing their future in a rapidly changing digital economy.

Why we love it?
The association has already proved its impact! The DigitAll program transforms the lives of marginalized people by opening the doors to digital technology and employment. Thanks to personalized support, concrete skills and real-life situations, participants gain in confidence, autonomy and professional prospects. The program doesn't just provide training: it gives people hope, creates social links and helps build a more inclusive and equitable society.
Talent is evenly distributed, but opportunities are not. Let's change that.
