Solution
La Cravate Solidaireâs mission is, above all, to help people in precarious situations succeed in their job interviews under the best possible conditions. The organization restores confidence in those who need it by helping them learn the ins and outs of the corporate world through a practical and innovative approach.
Through these workshops, La Cravate Solidaire offers personalized and supportive guidance to help participants prepare for job interviews.
These âCoup de Pouceâ workshops, designed for the final stage of the job placement process, consist of four steps:
1. Welcoming the candidate
2. Image coaching and provision of professional attire
3. HR coaching and mock interview
4. Professional photo shoot

Why we love it?
La Cravate Solidaire intervenes at the last, but decisive, stage of the integration process. It's vital to remove the barriers to employment and pass on the codes to those furthest from the job market, so that they can apply on a truly equal footing!
I dream of a world where people don't prepare for job interviews to avoid prejudice, but to showcase their skills and take pride in their identity.
