Solution
The Witech Code program serves as a gateway to the digital world, training young people ages 12 to 25 in key technical skills (programming, web development, AI). With a focus on cost-effectiveness and positive social impact (#TechForGood), it sparks interest in the field and inspires everyone to consider a career in the digital sector.
The training is open to everyone, regardless of gender, because everyone has a role to play in building an inclusive digital future. By promoting inclusion and removing barriers, equal opportunities in the digital sector are fostered.

Why we love it?
At a time when digital technology seems to be a buoyant, job-creating sector of the future, it's vital to ensure that it's not just for the elite, but accessible to all. That's the role of Witech, which aims to train young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods, especially girls, to make tech inclusive.
