Raise awareness among young people about issues related to digital technology and artificial intelligence

What is TechPourToutes? A 100% free, flexible, and personalized support program for high school and college students aged 15 to 25 who are interested in pursuing studies in the digital field. The program helps young girls and women to: find their first internship to gain experience, meet professionals to exchange ideas and find inspiration, develop their career plan, enroll in their chosen program, and enter the workforce. And what about Latitudes in all this? We get involved right at the start, with our program Futurs Numériques, to raise awareness among high school girls about careers in digital technology and the importance of gender diversity in tech. A TechPourToutes mini-workshop in the form of a survey was created for the occasion and addresses the issue of women’s place in the digital sector. By answering the following question: Where are the women in tech?, students discover and explore the reasons for and consequences of the lack of gender diversity. With this 45-minute survey designed to collectively explore gender diversity in tech, the objectives are multiple: -Discover the women behind tech -Understand the invisibility of women caused by the construction of a male-dominated tech culture and systemic discrimination -Understand the importance of women’s presence in tech teams and the danger posed by their absence -Enable young girls to envision a career in tech through contemporary female role models -Enable boys to understand the concept of collective responsibility

Thanks to your support, the program was able to expand and give birth to a project that was close to our hearts: the creation of a game based around cybersecurity! This 3rd game in the "Futurs" family is based on the same principle as its predecessors: a fun, collaborative framework to be followed in teams, around real-life issues. In this workshop, young people will immerse themselves in a cyber-attack scenario and make the right choices to carry out their mission, while discovering cybersecurity professions and the real impacts on their daily lives and on the world.
