A new milestone for Label École!

The latest graduating class of Label École's <strong>Commerce Project Manager</strong> training program has just completed its course, and we're very proud to announce that <strong>the results are impressive.</strong>
</div><br><div>In almost 6 months, these <strong>22 learners</strong> have acquired solid e-commerce skills, while developing their soft skills, opening many doors for the future.</div><br><div>Here are a few key figures to illustrate this great success:</div><div>✅ <strong>20 out of 22 learners</strong> have graduated.</div><div>✅ 67% of <strong>women</strong> among them</div><div>✅ 30% reside in Quartier Prioritaire de la Ville</div><div>✅ 81% were <strong>demdemplandeurs d'emploi</strong>i in search for more than 6 months</div><div>✅ 74% had a bac or infra bac level</div><br><div>This course represents a real springboard for these new talents, enabling them to enter the job market or pursue a Master's degree with confidence. From Label École to Adistrat: an inspiring story from Africa!

<div>Dear difteurs,</div><br><div>After 10 years devoted to commerce and administrative follow-up, <strong>Ali</strong> decided to leave this environment after an experience he describes as "traumatic". In the end, he wants to go back to school, but what should he do? How much does training cost?</div><div> </div><div>He came across the e-commerce project manager course at Label Emmaüs' digital school! He applies and joins the class of 2024. He chose the school for its inclusive values, which really struck a chord with him: "<strong>the school offers everyone a chance to train and develop, whatever their background or experience</strong>". Within the school, he is developing a project for an e-commerce site that reflects his personality: "Les délices de Provence", a tribute to his native region to discover culinary treasures and local know-how. He wants to support the region's producers and shares values of quality and sustainability. </div><br><div>After school, Ali wants to become a Community Manager in a public institution. He wants to work on topics of general interest, strengthen the links between the institution and its audiences, and manage authentic, impactful communication on social networks. He also hopes to launch his own project, "Les délices de Provence", thanks to all the technical skills he acquired at the school. We support them throughout their training so that <strong>they can reveal themselves and become the talents of tomorrow.</strong> Everyone has a different story, path and project, and we've decided to present 3 learner stories to you during the month of December.</div><br><div>
<strong>Samia's story</strong> 🌟 </div><br><div>Originally, Samia was a Compagne at Emmaüs Lyon since 2020 where she was in charge of online sales on Label Emmaüs. </div><div>Despite being highly motivated, Samia felt that it wasn't the right time to do this training 400km from home and so decided to put it off. </div><br><div>In 2023, Samia finally decided to enroll and moved to the Paris region for 6 months. To help her with her training, Samia benefits from one of our accommodations so she can concentrate fully on her project. </div><br><div>During her training, Samia was able to work on her e-commerce site project: a site offering storage accessories for small spaces. She presented her project to the jury and graduated with flying colors! </div><br><div>She decided to return to the community to help out with her new skills. But Samia hasn't forgotten what drives her, and plans to join a master's program soon. </div><br><div>"<em>There's no reason why women shouldn't be able to make their mark in the digital sector too!</em>" - Samia.</div><br><div><strong>A big thank you to you, dear difters, for your invaluable support and difts! </strong></div>

<div>Dear difteurs, <br><br>Today, we're highlighting the inspiring journey of 22-year-old Yassine, who completed our 12-day prep course, "Préparation aux métiers du digital", at the beginning of October. Designed to provide our learners with essential digital skills, this training course enables them to reinvent themselves through digital.<br><br>🔗 Of the 11 participants in the preparatory course, Yassine is one of 10 people who have chosen to continue their course in our e-commerce Project Manager bachelor's degree (bac+3), which began two weeks ago, alongside 12 new learners, ready to dive into the exciting world of digital and e-commerce.<br><br>🎙️ Yassine tells us: "I did a BTS SIO in cybersecurity. Although I acquired technical skills, I didn't enjoy working in this field. I found out about Label Emmaüs through my work at Emmaüs Connect, and the course fitted in perfectly with my goals. Our website is officially online!

<div>Last week at the school saw the first orals for the <a href="http://apprenant.es/">learners</a> of Label Ecole's e-commerce Project Manager class. <br><br>The opportunity for them to share the progress of their individual projects: the creation of an e-commerce site on the theme of their choice.<br><br><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/in%C3%A8s-gadria-dhehibi-33313615b/">Inès</a>, web designer on internship for the<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/labelemmaus-fondsdedotation/"> Endowment Fund</a> and former student of the school, was on hand as a jury to listen to and rate the future graduates, she tells us: <br><br>"I was delighted to be able to contribute my experience and advice on their progress, I was able to see the beginnings of their graphic charters, mock-ups and the presentation of their product or service. It's always interesting to learn about the projects of people who are following the same course as me. I try to guide them on the posture to adopt, how to manage their stress, and the important details for the rest of their work."<br><br>We can't wait to see for each of them the outcome of their project, and we wish them every success as they continue their training! 💪 </div>

🎓 Mock exams at Label Ecole

<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/labelecole/">Label Ecole</a> proudly celebrates the 82% success rate of its latest graduating class, a class that aims to be as inclusive as possible with 62% women and 86% people with a baccalaureate or lower.<br>The "e-commerce project manager" diploma equivalent to bac +3 will enable <a href="http://apprenant.es/">apprenant.es</a> to continue their training by joining a master's degree, an internship or a corporate position next fall. 🎓<br><br>Recent graduate Samia, an Emmaüs companion in Lyon, where she was in charge of the online store on Label Emmaüs, set up her furniture and storage accessories site for small spaces during the 6 months of training. <br>She told us during her visit: "I'm not going to continue with this project just yet. <div>We're delighted to present the project of Jeffet, a recent graduate from our latest class. During the 6 months of his training, he brilliantly developed his own online sales site to exhibit and market his Pixel Art works.<br><br>Thanks to the free courses offered at Label École, Jeffet was able to master a multitude of skills, from code to UX/UI design, photography, marketing and communications. Today, he holds an "e-commerce project manager" diploma equivalent to a Bac+3.<br><br>Passionate about retro games and manga, Jeffet has been making creations of all kinds for several years. In 2019, he discovered pixel art, which he self-taught thanks to YouTube, and exhibited his works on his Instagram account.<br><br>Continuing his momentum, Jeffet now offers personalized print creations to his customers, available on his website.<br><br>If you'd like to support Label École's learners, you can contribute to our emergency fund, which aims to meet their needs to follow the training serenely (purchase of a computer, housing assistance, contribution to transport costs, etc.). </div>

Label Ecole École learners have talent! 💪

<div>On October 29, our 2 sailors took the start of the Transat Jacques Vabre yacht race! To mark the occasion, we offered our employees the chance to attend this event by providing them with a few days' vacation, financed by Emmaüs France. </div><div><br></div><div>During a rather sunny weekend, our employees were able to visit the departure village, meet the sailors, christen our boat and finally ... watch the start of the race! </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Navigons pour la solidarité: </strong></div><div><br></div><div>This race was an opportunity to highlight our cooperative and also our solidarity project: the creation of a solidarity fund for training in digital professions  for people furthest from employment!</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks to the support of our partners during the event, and to various contributions, we will be able to welcome people to our training center next February. </div><div><br></div><div>We are still looking for funds to support more people far from employment. </div>

Employees at the start of the Transat Jacques Vabre!

<div>Our 2 sailors are officially qualified for the Transat Jacques Vabre yacht race starting October 29 in Le Havre! And yet it hasn't been a smooth ride... </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Act, don't suffer, and rely on solidarity! </strong></div><div>Last June, our two skippers were hit by a fishing boat during a training run. Fortunately, our two sailors were unharmed, but the boat was badly damaged. We have therefore launched a solidarity fund to repair our Class 40 sailboat! </div><div><br></div><div>Thanks to many supporters, the boat will be repaired in time and our two skippers will be able to take this departure to sail for solidarity! </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Sailing for solidarity </strong></div><div>As a reminder, this sporting event will highlight our endowment fund's project: to create a solidarity fund for training in digital professions for people far from employment, and to call on the tech and digital sectors to be more inclusive in their recruitment!</div><div><br></div><div>We're still looking for partners willing to join us on this adventure! </div>
