Giving young people the entrepreneurial spirit

✨ On Tuesday, June 9, the Stade Charléty (Paris) came alive with the spirit of dreams during our National Mini-Entreprises® Festival. This is an event we’re particularly proud of, as it’s one of the highlights of our organization. It gives some of the young people whom our network supports throughout the year the opportunity to present, defend, and showcase the projects they’ve developed as part of our Mini-Entreprise® program. ➡️ This year, more than 400 young people, accompanied by 200 teachers, shared this exceptional day alongside more than 200 engaged visitors: partners, social economy stakeholders, institutional representatives, and friends of the association... All united by a shared conviction: to empower every young person to take charge of their own lives. 🌟 The theme of this year’s event: “Dreams and the Stars.” Because we want to encourage young people to dream big, without pressure or predetermined expectations. To show them that success doesn’t have a single face, that there are a thousand ways to forge your own path and make an impact on the world. 🚀 On the agenda: inspirational sessions, fun team-building activities, creative workshops to imagine the professional world of tomorrow, career exploration activities, meetings with alumni from our network, as well as spaces highlighting those individuals whom no one believed in... and yet who changed the world. In short, a huge celebration FOR young people, created with everyone who stands by our side every day💓

✨ On Tuesday March 31, we experienced a momentous occasion. A magical moment, marking a decisive turning point for the association: that of our merger with 100,000 Entrepreneurs. A milestone we had to celebrate with all those who are willing to commit themselves alongside us in favor of youth and equal opportunities. For this, we brought together around a hundred people: loyal partners, committed members, ecosystem players and the curious who came to discover this new chapter. And what an evening... 💬 Laly Galand and Ilaysha Michel, beneficiaries of our programs, spoke with great accuracy and authenticity about the impact our association has had on their life trajectories. They reminded us why we are ultimately committed every day: to give every young person the power to undertake his or her life with serenity. 🎤 Alongside them:Françoise Portier (teacher involved in the Mini-Entreprise® program) and Bertrand FALCOTET (super committed volunteer 100,000 Entrepreneurs) shared their experiences. Together, they illustrated the concrete impact of our actions on young and old, and explained the obvious complementarity of our approaches, now brought together. 🤝 Elisabeth Elkrief (FAO), Marie Adeline-Peix (Bpifrance) and Salvatore Nigro (JA Europe), loyal partners, for their part, gave their views on this merger and expressed the reasons why they wished to support it. This evening was not a finality. It was a starting point. Dear difteurs, 🌟 1 million young people reached nationwide thanks to an exceptional collective commitment! 🌟 This impressive national result is the fruit of collaborative work, and in our region, it was made possible thanks to the vital forces and unfailing mobilization of many local players. 🌞 Did you know that... Since the opening of the 100,000 Entrepreneurs Branch of the Pays de la Loire Region in 2012, more than 86,000 young people have had Entrepreneurs in their classes! WOW, that's dizzying! Friday March 22, 2024, right in the middle of our operations #SEF24, 100,000 Entrepreneurs and the Académie de Nantes have renewed for the 4th time their Partnership Agreement for the Pays-de-la-Loire region, at MANITOU Group, a long-standing regional partner. This morning was punctuated by the presence of Katia Béguin, Rectrice de l'académie, Béatrice Viannay-Galvani our Déléguée Générale and Florian de Gélis, Manitou's DRH. It was the perfect opportunity to meet and reaffirm our desire to work together to bring the worlds of education and business ever closer together. This event was also marked by the visit of young people from the Lycée LPO Joubert Maillard (Ancenis), who were able to visit the site and hear from female intrapreneurs about their career paths. Dear Captains, Every year for the past 8 years, during the months of November and December, we highlight one of our key focuses: fostering equal opportunities for all. This year in Pays de la Loire, the launch of our Entrepreneurship Awareness Months in the neighborhoods took place on November 20, 2023 at the Nantes Prefecture. The sumptuous Salle des Audiences welcomed 50 4th graders from Collège Pierre Norange in St Nazaire's cité éducative. These young people had the chance to hear inspiring speeches by the Secretary General of the Prefecture, Mr Pascal OTHEGUY, and the Secretary of State for Citizenship and Urban Affairs, Ms Sabrina Agresti-Roubache, both of whom grew up in the neighborhoods. They then spent an hour and a half talking to 5 entrepreneurs from a wide range of backgrounds, who shared with them inspiring messages of perseverance. Through their testimonials, these schoolchildren were able to identify with local success stories. This event also took place simultaneously in 14 other French towns in Metropolitan France and the French Overseas Departments and Territories. Thank you for your support, which enables us, each year, to bring more and more young people in the Loire Valley closer to the world of business! What solutions are needed to ensure that every young person finds his or her place in society? This was the question formulated, to which citizens were invited to express their views on the Make.org platform, from March 22 to May 22, 2022. The question had great interest gathering nearly 2864 proposals and 584,664 voters!!! After several stages: analysis, processing, working groups... the Plan d'actions de la Grande Cause #Solutions Jeunes was unveiled, on Tuesday February 14, in the presence of Sarah El Haïry, Secretary of State for Youth, with the presentation of the 10 solutions selected in line with the citizen priorities formulated. What recognition for the societal action led by 100,000 Entrepreneurs to be among these 10 selected youth solutions and to be accompanied by the Make.org team for these next 2 years.
