👉 60 committed and trained volunteers throughout France

Last year, thanks to your support, our volunteers raised awareness among more than 13,000 students in 66 départements about the challenges of zero-waste and protecting biodiversity💪

For this new school year, we want to continue this momentum and broaden our impact!

Two new priorities this year:

- develop new educational themes.

- launch a digital platform facilitating coordination and access to educational resources.

Your support remains essential to give the younger generations the means to raise awareness of their surroundings and to anchor a true ecological awareness.

As a reminder:

91% of parentsmake their purchasing decisions on the basis of their children.

50% of parentsadopt ecological behaviors influenced by their children.

We're ending the school year on a high note! 🥳

A IMMENSE thank you to our 956 difteurs!

Our environmental education program in French schools continues to grow, blowing out its third candle🥰

✅ Results have doubled in two years from 7,000 pupils to 13,000 pupils!

In total, after 3 years of school outreach:

- 29,414 pupils made aware of zero-waste and biodiversity.

- 97 communes, spread over 66 départements.

- 123 volunteers mobilized.

And this is just the beginning 😇

The school interventions of the Les GreenMakers program are back on! Thanks to your invaluable support, we can continue to raise students' awareness of environmental challenges and teach them concrete actions to combat plastic pollution and declining biodiversity.
Let's continue to make as many children and teenagers as possible aware of zero waste and biodiversity protection during school time, in primary schools, middle schools and high schools, from metropolitan areas to the more isolated rural regions, in metropolitan Franceas well as in theDROM, but also in schools in priority educationnetworks(REP and REP+).

The school year is coming to an end, and the whole team is super proud of how far we've come!

To combat plastic pollution and the decline in biodiversity, we've raised awareness among as many students as possible, from CP to Terminale, about zero-waste & protecting biodiversity.
 
And it's all thanks to you, the Captains!

- 16,368 students sensitized since the program began in 2022

- 744 classes from CP to Terminale, including 15% in priority education

- 54 communes covered, including mainland France and La Réunion

- 83 volunteer animators

[#GREENMAKERS: SENSIBILISATION SCOLAIRE ZÉRO-DÉCHET] 

In May/June, we are very proud to have been able to intervene free of charge in 113 classes (in 6 different départements) to raise awareness among the youngest about plastic pollution and #zérodéchet 😊

Many thanks to all our supporters on Captain Cause, who make these actions possible for the schools, and to everyone.To all our volunteers and trainees 🥰

 🌿 Over the past 3 months, 73 classesfrom CP to Terminale in public schools have been taught about zero-waste free of charge by 19 volunteer organizers in the following departments: Paris (75), Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-et-Marne (77), Isère (38), Hérault (34), Bouches-du-Rhône (12), Bas-Rhin (67) and Haute-Savoie (74250).

The environmental education program The GreenMakers continues to develop well, while its nationwide rollout is still very much in its infancy (back to school year 2022).
