Solution
Our flagship program Conseil Solidaire enables us to support the managers of SSE structures via 4-month consulting missions (structuring, economic model, impact measurement...) carried out by mixed teams of students from different backgrounds and professionals in sponsorship/skills volunteering. This unique model of cooperation aims to strengthen the social and territorial impact of SSE projects, while offering young people and professionals involved a concrete professional and civic experience. In particular, this commitment enables young people to gain confidence with a view to their professional integration, while learning about the challenges of social and environmental transition.
Use of the money
In a tense economic context and given the needs in the SSE, this campaign is essential to pursue and develop our action. Objective 2028: double the number of young people and structures supported, by deploying actions in new territories in addition to Île-de-France (establishment in progress in Lyon). The money raised will enable us to perpetuate and strengthen the position of our development manager in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, and to test new workshop formats to bring together young people and impact project leaders, which requires human and material investment (pedagogical engineering, organization costs).
