Challenge
Work is a big part of our lives. For those who are far removed from it, this world of work is sometimes frightening: experiences are difficult, accommodations complicated, companies insufficiently welcoming.
With UP Emploi, UP for Humanness participates in its own way in three of the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals: guaranteeing decent work for all, including people with disabilities, leaving no one behind, and building partnerships to achieve the goals.
The public targeted by its actions are: people with disabilities, ex-prisoners, people weakened by situations of living on the streets, prostitution, exile, or even people in psychological suffering.

Solution
In contact with the team, the group and all those involved, participants learn to recreate links, return to a meaningful activity and regain the confidence they need to reintegrate.
The UP Emploi course therefore responds to the urgency linked to the employment crisis and discrimination against people who are different. Thanks to this pathway, they learn how to reassure employers and make the most of their talents and skills to put them to work for a company that attracts them.

Use of the money
Accompaniment of beneficiaries, welcome during group sessions, training materials, remuneration of artistic contributors and HR professionals, presentation of the course to associations, training and facilitation of mentors.
The training and facilitation of mentors for the UP Emploi course over one year costs, for example, €1,500, and the entire course for one participant €5,000, i.e. €50,000 for a complete course for 10 people.

Why we love it?
UP for Humanness offers a 360-degree solution that takes into account all the challenges inherent in reintegrating vulnerable people, whether they are disabled, ex-prisoners, people made vulnerable by life on the streets, prostitution or exile, or people suffering from mental illness.
What I've learned at UP Emploi is that we all have a place in society.
Even if our path has been strewn with failures or difficulties, we can still contribute something to society, and that's something to be proud of.
