🔥2026 Wildfires: Let’s All Stand in Solidarity with France’s Forests

Challenge
NatureSensibilisation
France is experiencing an unprecedented wave of wildfires that, by the end of July, had burned nearly 50,000 hectares of forests and other vegetation. That’s more than the total for 2024 and 2025 combined… and summer isn’t over yet. These fires are raging across the country, threatening biodiversity, residents, and cultural heritage. In the face of this challenge, let’s take action together by supporting the work of foresters!

Use of the money
Your donation supports burned forests at every stage of their restoration.
As soon as the flames are extinguished, ONF teams secure the areas and assess the damage. They then support natural regeneration. If natural regeneration is insufficient, targeted reforestation takes over, using a wider variety of tree species that are better adapted to the climate of the future, as well as to diseases and fire risk. The funds raised will be distributed among several public forests affected by fire this summer, in a way that best meets the needs identified by ONF teams on the ground.
