Young people from disadvantaged areas can feel isolated when faced with social, economic or cultural obstacles (lack of information, network, but also self-censorship, lack of self-confidence).

By learning to value their career path and identify their skills, they become aware of the different possibilities open to them, gain in confidence and move successfully along their chosen path.

There are 100,000 school dropouts in France. Through the support of a mentor, Proxité enables these young people to be supported in their schooling, acquire a work methodology, gain self-confidence and believe in their potential.
