Proxité is committed to equal opportunity, and aims to support 2,000 young people across France with mentors who are active in the world of work.

Solution

Our action is based on local sites that are permanently established in towns and neighborhoods.

In these spaces, young people regularly meet volunteers committed to working alongside them on orientation, discovering careers, self-confidence or professional integration.

Each accompaniment is supervised by Proxité teams to guarantee a stable, humane framework that is adapted to the needs of each young person.

Use of the money

The donations collected will enable us to expand our intervention into new neighborhoods, to reach even more young people, and to enrich the educational resources we make available to our pairs.
