Training disadvantaged women in culinary professions

Mamas from the community had the pleasure of being interviewed to enter the famous Ducasse school.
At the program:
- diploma in French pastry
- diploma in cooking 2 or 6 months
After the preparation of a file and an oral with our partners Moet Hennessy and Ducasse, 3 were brilliantly successful!

Our Mamas got together for a seminar: a convivial moment, filled with laughter, exchanges, and great decisions made together. 💛

Listening, sharing, helping each other... Each was able to express herself freely, share her experiences and ask questions. Together, they reflected on the best ways to evolve and continue to pass on their passion. This seminar was also an opportunity to celebrate their successes and strengthen the bonds that unite them.
